We're Frank and Morgan, and we're thrilled to welcome you to Dock 9, our latest venture here in the historic Velvet Mill, Stonington Borough. Partnering with our friends Brian and Jen Keilty from Perks & Corks in Westerly, we've poured our hearts into creating a dining experience that's both unique and welcoming.

For us, Dock 9 is about more than just great food and drinks; it's about building a place where people can connect and enjoy themselves in a truly special setting. We've always been inspired by the charm of the Velvet Mill, with its rich history and vibrant creative community. It felt like the perfect place to bring our vision to life.

We wanted to create something that felt both familiar and fresh, so we've taken the spirit of Perks & Corks and added our own industrial nautical twist. You'll find handcrafted martinis, delicious shareable plates, and a menu that highlights the best of what our local farms and fisheries have to offer.
